In November 2023, the Silver Spurs played a significant role in awarding scholarships to students in 9 of our participating Neighborhood Longhorn Schools. Each student who received a scholarship had 100% attendance in school, improved their grades each academic period and matriculated their reading from one grade to the next (i.e the NLP scholarship requirements). We had close to 600 students attend (along with their families) the event, which was held at the Touchdown Club in the Stadium.
